STANDARD CONSTRUCTION SUBCONTRACT

This agreement is entered into by and between the General Contractor, Kingsrock Construction, and the Subcontractor, SlabMasters Concrete Inc., for the construction services outlined herein.

All works defined under the Scope of Work must be completed on or before the target due date: September 30, 2026. Failure to complete works by this date triggers the penalty clause.
5. Penalties for Delays & Liquidated Damages
A liquidated penalty rate of 0.1% of the base contract value (equal to ₱450) shall be deducted for each calendar day of delay past the due date.
6. General Clauses & Agreements
[CLAUSE_A - WARRANTY]: The subcontractor warrants all workmanship and structural integrity of concrete pours, finishes, and framing for a period of one (1) full year post site supervisor sign-off.
[CLAUSE_B - LIABILTIY WAIVER]: Subcontractor explicitly waives any legal liability claims against the General Contractor for injuries occurring outside geofenced zones or due to negligence on safety gear compliance.
[CLAUSE_C - RESOLUTION]: Any disputes relating to this agreement shall be settled through arbitration under the jurisdiction of Cainta, Rizal / Metro Manila courts.
